I have owned this printer for about 2 years. It has, for the most part, worked well. After the original ink cartridges were deleted I started using a high-quality after- market brand with absolutely NO (ZERO!) PROBLEMS. I have consistently used the same brand. A few weeks ago, I started getting a message on the printer screen to update the firmware. I held off updating for a while and experienced no problems. Then I got around to downloading the update. WHAT A HUGH MISTAKE!

Have turned printer on and off, disconnected power and keep getting message stated in headline, it also says press ok to exit but that brings me to the quick form page and i can't go anywhere else. Easy to refill printers ?

I've been using Canon printers with CLI carts for 15 years and have saved tons of money by refilling. Hard to know when the printers stopped doing a good job printing it was the refill factor or they just were done? My latest Canon is giving me issues and i think it's time for a new one. Can you help me choose a new one? No scanner needed. My chip resetter also stopped working. Thanks

Scanning on FS-1025MFP

Hey.
I am unable to scan on my Kyocera FS-1025MFP as the SCAN button the Kyocera Client tool is missing. I can print via the network but I cannot scan.
My PC is a windows 7 service pack one PC.
Attached are the images showing my situation.
Kindly assist. Why is the scan option missing?

Printer not powering on after fuser replacment

A HP Laser Jet P2035 P2055 Came to me from a repair shop that closed down. it needed a new fuser and 125v fuse for the power supply board. I replaced both these things but the printer will not power on. the power button lights up but nothing happens when it is pressed. Any help would be much appreciated.

WF 7710 Scan to Computer: Changing settings at Printer

I scan a lot in a lot of different ways (to Dropbox, Evernote) and purchased an Epson WF-7710 after reviewing a lot of printers.

When I scan to computer, I'd like to be able to change whether it is black/white or color without going to the computer and changing it in the Epson Event Manager. I notice that the option to change b/w to color is available in Scan to Cloud, but Scan to Cloud doesn't offer OCR.

I also tried in the Event Manager to create a new Job Setting. In addition to Scan...

I recently had a WF-7620 which died oddly with producing blank pages and then an error that reported it should be restarted and then would not turn back on. I recently got a replacement WF-7715 and this has now started producing paper that was from a scanned certificate of posting in reverse with red lines across it after only 2 months since its purchase . Now the store told me that as both these printers have WiFi anyone can sit in a car outside my house and sent a faulty bios update...

I'm looking for a new Printer but I don't really know what would be the best one for my usage.

I'm a student at the university, therefore I will have to print many documents.

Epson XP 440, Printing on 5 X 7 cards

When printing on a 5 X 7 card from a 5 X 7 document in landscape on an XP 440, there seems to be no way to insert the 5 X 7 card media and have the text print in the correct location. If I place the media to the far right, the text prints too far left., only the bottom 60% of the text is on the media. There seems to be no way to tell the XP 440 it's supposed to print a 5 X 7 card. It thinks it's printing on a letter size.

Can anyone help my WF 7720 is giving error 031006 ,paper jam? no paper in it. the black ink was leaking out inside for some reason,Took all cartridges out and cleaned them,refilled black was fine not leaking . Reset all cartridges and got this error I had 13 x 19 paper in when I got the leak and no paper in trays so cant see how there can be a paper jam. I shut down restarted ,reset cartridges ,checked all places for paper jams ,left unplugged for 30 minutes, plugged back same thing....

Delayed printing

My HP 6500 networked printer does not respond immediately. when I click to print it normally takes 10 minutes at least to print. it often takes half an hour before i hear the sound of the printer. doe anybody know why?

printer prints very slowly only recently. I t used to be very fast. Did I do something to mess it up? What can I check?

Model is MFC-J220 not the latest but works very well other than the slow down

Hello everybody,

I've fallen into the Epson trap ...

For years I have used the Epson WF-3520 with third-party ink easily, now I have replaced my computer, reinstalled the printer while with the new firmware.

My third-party ink is no longer recognized and I still have a whole box of it.

After I calmed down, I'm looking for a solution ;-)

I've found instructions on how to downgrade the firmware via USB cable and keyboard shortcut on the device. The only problem: I can not find an older...

Printer Won't Connect Wirelessly

Hi,

I have a Brother HL-L23600W monochrome printer. The printer suddenly lost Internet connection and won't connect to my network.

I restarted the printer several times. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the printer drivers, but my Network is not recognized by the print utility.

Not sure what's going on.
