I have a HP laser jet pro MFP M277dw & not using genuine HP cartridges. My printer was printing perfectly fine until I accepted an update on the printer & now a message is on the screen saying 'supply memory error'. I now can't print at all & can't seem to find a way to fix it. I've read other pages & removing the orange tab, hard reset etc but all those options don't work. Just wanted to check if there was another option I could try before binning a cartridge that's pretty...
