PAPER JAM IN MY HL 1250 LASERJET PRINTER

I have HL 1250 printer. And it often has paper jam. this make the red light to blink. In each jam most time the full paper is jam and left inside the tray. sometime it roll inside and a little part of the paper is left inside the tray. there is no print in all the paper jam. But if any copy gets print and comes out, the print is very clear. tell me solution to this issue, because i have alot of work to print for my interview examination tomorrow.
