MFC-J985DW Print Speed, Quality and Ink Usage

Newbie in Brotherland here.

Can anyone guesstimate how much more ink is used (1) on fast speed and (2) using Vivid color setting.

How best can I darken black and color on the printed page without unduly jeopardizing the great cost per page of this printer?
