The old computer died. Got a new one. I can print from the computer to my Epson XP-830, but the scanner does not seem to recognize the new computer - either to save a PDF or JPG or to scan to email. The error message says "Communication Error: Check if a computer is connected." It definitely IS connected. Rebooting the printer changes nothing. Anybody have any suggestions?
