Can't install printer on VPN

Hello!

I connect to the network of my office by VPN. I want to install our printer Xerox 3325 but it doesn't work.
The printer has the IP 192.168.241.145 and I do ping correctly to the printer, but when it comes to install it doesn't find it.

What is the problem? if I do ping I suppose configuration is correct.
