As a new user I hope my problem is simple and someone can solve it easily for me. Documents don't print and the message shown in Devices Printer Status says paper problem. The little screen on the printer just shows the Ready to Copy message and makes no mention of a paper jam. I have looked at the paper tray, the back of the printer and the manual feed bit and cannot see anything that shouldn't be there. I have removed the toners and cannot see any paper in that area.
