I have this printer for an year now and now it's giving the error "Open tray-1 clear jam" everytime, I issue a print command. I have looked for everywhere for the paper jam thing but couldn't find it. I have gone through it's user manual, not of much help. Anyone come across same situation? Any help to sort this issue out? most appreciated!
