Brother MFC-J5910DW cannot detect ink cartridge

Goor Morning sirs,

I'm new of this forum. I have a Brother MFC-J5910Dw ink jet printer that from 2-3 week give me an error "Cannot detect cartridge" in Y,C,M colors.
My suspect was ink cartridge sensor damaged, so i have ordered it on line and changed.
Big delusion when at the new start of printer i had same alarms.

Is there somebody that know how resolve this problem?
