ZT420 Bites the label after switching out the Printhead

So the company i work for was having a problem with Printer ZT420 constantly biting the label about 1/8 of a 6 inch label while in peel off mode. I being part of the IT Dept. was in charge of making sure this printer were constantly running smooth but for the life of me i couldn’t get this issue fixed.
