Eplson l130 ink loaded but not ink charging.. the only two less given. Both power & paper load blink

I bought one new Epson l130 printer...

Loaded with full ink and plugged to power.

Both power and paper load button blinking continuously for hours. Ink not charging and I couldnt get a print. Pls help
