Printer error message saying error printer not found

When i try to print a from a webpage and goto file print
it keeps saying "printing error" "The printer could not be
found". I have tried all the microsoft solutions and
nothing seems to work.

I run windows 98 windows internet explorer 6.

PLease help I do not have any more ideas.
