Hi all I have a mfc-j5720dw printer. yesterday when I turned it on it said it was cleaning on the display screen, it has never done that before. Now it want print properly. It's very slow and the printer arm is only going across the paper once then stops and starts ages later. Sometimes it want print the whole page only half. What's wrong and how do i fix this?
