I have 2 inkjet printers (HP photosmart C4180, HP deskjet 612C) which now go for months without use. Invariably, when I do need them, the heads and/or ink cartridges have dried up and they won't print. Are there any tricks to storing printers and cartridges so they will work when needed? If Windex works on the heads, what to do about the cartridges? TIA
