oki c822 when change black toner (OKI)message image drum not installed

Hello,

oki c822 when i've change the new black toner (OKI)a message "image drum not installed black"...
i tried to put take out put back the with the new toner and the image drum...
the message came always... i take out and put back also below the black film drum under
the toners...without success

I 've put back the old toner the message change and say: Install black toner...
