This has been happening for a while now. Even before I got new Magenspta and Light Magenta. The reds and pinks just won't print! Now I just installed NEW Magenta and Light Magenta cartridges. I cleaned the heads a few times, adjusted color settings and print-paper-even photo quality settings. Any ideas or suggestions for getting the Magenta/red colors to print?
