Hi - I have just recently been given a 2nd hand Epson Workforce Pro, and have cleaned the print heads several times but the print head nozzle check is still showing many gaps. The colour ink cartridges are all newly installed and the black one is only half empty. Any ideas on why the print head cleaning doesn't seem to be working?
