Black dots on laser printer

I have the Brother HL-1110 laser printer.
Every once in a while i get some scatters black dots on the papers i print.
I tried cleaning the coil and the drum unit with alcohol, sometimes it helps but after a week or two the problem appear again (the dots are in different positions).

any ideas on how i can deal with this problem?
