382 Error OKI C531DN

Hi,

Please help if you can, i keep getting this error, the paper is stuck in the fuser unit, i remove it then it just jams again.

The only what i seem to be able to print is to use the MP Tray and open the back tray and it goes through fine but any time i use the big tray it jams.

I have take it apart over ten times and cannot see any paper or small pieces anywhere but it just keeps jamming.

I have attached some images of how the paper is being crumpled.
